Tsunami strikes Japan, Caddy Still trying to monitoring japan tsunami news in Japan media and found 60 killed in major tsunami after 8.9 Japan quake. Caddy So sad and scary. Praying for the people at japan.

Some friends in the northern part of Japan, say the earthquakes were the longest she ever felt, she could still feel them for at least an hour after the first. In fact she think she can still feel them still which makes me appreciate what Christchurch has been through. No power in her town although thankfully there is no notable damage where she is on the north east coast of Yamagata prefecture. Japanese people are so dedicated to their work, people were still on their computers during the shaking even though things were falling off the wall. Remarkable. Thoughts and prayers with all involved. In Yokohama, the highest tsunami wave here was around 1 to 1.5m.

Hundreds of houses and car were washed away on the japan, with water flooding crops, Everyone was running out of their houses, adding that the roads leading to surrounding hills were quickly jammed with thousands of cars and motorcycles. After Tsunami strikes Japan, 90 percent of the houses were badly damaged and many panicked residents fled to high ground and were too afraid to return home.

Our thoughts and sympathies go out to the people of Japan and all those people affected by this earthquake and the resulting Japan Tsunami's. It is absolutely devastating watching the footage and we can only hope that the loss of life is not too great. Our love goes out to all.
Caddy hope our friends in Japan more are OK after Tsunami strikes Japan!
